We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s a set of dining chairs, a cozy bed blanket, or one of our elegant decorative objects.

Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, including area rugs, bedding sets, and bedroom furniture. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened candles and home fragrances
- Artificial flowers and plants that have been removed from their original packaging
- Custom or special order items
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for return authorization. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return. For US customers, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. International customers may need to cover return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture items like beds and bedroom benches
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. The process is the same as our return procedure – simply indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item you desire.
Note: For exchanges where the new item has a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain parts of Asia and remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
