How do I care for my accent rug or bedding?
Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, our accent rugs should be spot cleaned, while most bedding is machine washable. For artificial plants and flowers, simply dust occasionally to maintain their effortless beauty.

Where do you ship?
We proudly serve design-conscious customers worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Whether you’re in Paris or Toronto, we’ll deliver your carefully selected pieces right to your doorstep.

We offer two convenient options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx
Free Shipping (15-25 Business Days): For orders over $50 via EMS

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We believe in transparent delivery. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships from our Jacksonville facility, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

We want you to love every piece as much as we do. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
